Chris started playing ultimate as a freshman for the UCSD Air Squids program. Learning the ropes from fellow Squid alumni and Growler teammates Nick Smith, Trevor Purdy, and Jesse Cohen, Chris blossomed into a pesky defender and steady handler for the Nationals-bound 2014 UCSD team. He then spent the summer playing for San Diego Streetgang and carried that experience into a captain role in his final year with the Squids. After graduating from UCSD in 2015, Chris played for San Diego Dorado as a hybrid cutter/handler.

Chris brings a versatile skill set to his inaugural season with the Growlers. His ability to defend opposing handlers and force tough resets will be instrumental in generating break opportunities. On the offensive side of the disc, Chris will mainly play as a handler behind the disc, but can occasionally sneak downfield and utilize his speed as a cutter. The Growlers look forward to seeing Chris continue to improve and make plays as they look forward to another successful season.Accolades and achievements:
